So the idea is great but there are two major flaws. 1. The outlets require a lot of force to get the plugs of devices all the way in. This then either leaves the plug sticking out a bit exposing the pins (not safe) or you have to tug with a lot or force to get the plugs out (my girlfriend had a heck of a time unplugging her laptop). The other major flaw in my unit is the USB ports. There are two on one face and they are so close together there are many USB cables that are so thick I can only plug one in at a time (which is frustrating since there is so much space on that face). To add insult to injury, the USB ports stopped charging my phone after a single use forcing me to take up the outlets with USB power adapters. So all in all, great idea, terrible execution.
