So far so good with this computer. I went from a 10" to this 15.6" so it seems heavy, but everything is working fine and I just love the nice big screen. It seems to have great graphics with true colors. It was fairly easy to set up all my programs, but decided to go with AVG instead of pre-loaded McAfee. If anything should go wrong with this computer, I sure will hop back on here and let you know:))))) Update: still five stars, lol. Anyway just to give you some impression of the memory on this beauty, I downloaded multiple copies of 25 books, about 250 pages each, and all my pictures, several thousand, and I didn't even scratch the surface of the memory. WOW UPDATE: THIS COMPUTER IS THE WORST. SLOW, AND NOW IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL SIX WEEKS LATER. I CAN ONLY HOPE I CAN RETURN IT. I WILL NEVER BUY A DELL COMPUTER EVER AGAIN Update: I just finished a two hour marathon with customer service at Dell and my computer is still not fixed. I have to pay $19.95 to get a flash drive that may or may not fix this computer. This is so ridiculous!! If I could give Dell a minus five stars I would. Disgusted. Never again.
