I decided to go the cost effective route to get a fragrance free dupe to another popular skin care cream and it unfortunately stung and burned my skin. I was upset I was not able to to return but if you call they can and will refund you! FYI: Nothing should sting or burn your skin - it does not mean 'it's working' and can be a million reasons for the reaction. Stop use, rinse off, seek medical if needed, and report.
