No quality control. Blinking and not changing.
Definitely defective. Blinking 4/sec. and no change At all. Waited Weeks to save $25 and very disappointed. will buy local next time. Now I have to wait until they receive it to buy one. in past I have kept defective items as they were cheep and too much hassle to send. This one was too expensive. YouTube Guys are all bought as no one talked about this defect.
