My wife purchased this bike for me as a gift in early October. The tension mechanism broke after 30 miles of use, began making grinding squealing noises, and eventually became very difficult to move even with the tension set to minimum. I called the company for tech support assistance several times leaving a voice message requesting a call back each time I called. A month later, I still have not received a single returned phone call (nor ever succeeded in getting a human on the phone). Thankfully the bike broke within the 30 day amazon return period and I was able to return it for a full refund without any hassle on amazon's part. Stay away from this manufacturer as they clearly have no intention of standing by their products nor honoring any of their warranties.
