If zero stars were an option, I would definitely choose that option! Stove failed under warranty with a faulty control valve. Both Amazon, ProCom, and HVAC Direct Online. Amazon promised that they would allow us to return the stove for a full refund. Amazon then reneged. ProCom promised to send a new control vale. Then they wanted us to have an HVAC technician first come and examine the stove. The cost of this assessment would have been more than to purchase a better and new stove from Lowe's or Home Depot. HVAC Direct Online sent a "canned" email response through Amazon and said it was the passed the warranty date. We began this process of trying to fix the stove in advance of the expired warranty. We are very dissatisfied with Amazon, ProCom, and HVAC Direct Online. Prior to this purchase, Amazon has always corrected any issues with purchases. I guess Amazon has a limit on purchase prices.
