Handle broke, spilled cement everywhere.
Just like the other reviewers, I opened the box and lifted the handle to open the safe, and the handle came off, along with a ton of cement and cement dust which I inhaled and spent all morning cleaning off the floor of my office. I called Sentry, and the woman I spoke to did not apologize and told me to contact Amazon for a refund.
