Warn needs to investigate the poor quality of the products they are producing. I've owned the orange colored PullzAll for years and its been a great product. But I've ordered two of these Red ones for my shop and both were poorly made and failed during the first use. You can tell as soon as you open the product that its not built as well as the older units. The trigger and direction switches are loose and flop around in the handle. The last one I received went in and out opposite of the direction arrow button, requiring the cable to be completely let out to correct. In operation it seems to struggle even under 1/4 loads. Both red units failed electronically upon the first use. This last one just stopped after 30- 40 seconds operating with a burning smell, leaving a 125 lb load suspended in the air. DANGEROUS! It's too bad that companies do this to their products. 10 years ago this was a great buy and very useful winch for us. Now I have to say AVOID THIS.
