The problem wasn't the product, the product didn't work, but that happens. The problem was how incredibly crappy the Netgear support was. Case number 25895779, the guys ID was 1098. I put this down so hopefully Netgear will review this case. Not only did this guy have no clue on the most basic of Netgear support, after 35 minutes of putting me on hold 5 times to talk to somebody else, he ended up putting me back into the waiting queue to start from scratch. After 40 minutes I hung up with him, called Amazon and returned this horrible product. I will never again buy Netgear. Thank you Amazon. God bless you and your insanely overworked staff.
