This is the worst product I have ever bought. It downloaded only 1300 of my 2200 photos and I couldn’t figure out why. So I deleted the 1300 and downloaded ~get this~ ALL of my pictures manually. It took me HOURS to do. And luckily, I was able to download about 2000 which was a lot closer than 1300. I come back to the flash drive later that same day to upload a video and notice about 700 of my phots dissapeared and the flash drive was back down to 1300 photos !!! I have no idea where the 700 photos went and no way to retrieve them as I had already deleted them from my phone!! I transferred all of the photos to a different, more reliable flash drive and attempted to download one picture on the this FD one last time and it no longer worked at all! It won’t download anything ! A total waste of space, time, money, pictures. You name it! This product is trash.
