So, I'm with a rescue and we have been feeding and recommending Hill's. I had this EGG and RICE formula on the subscribe and save for my fosters with a poultry allergy. Everything was great, suddenly I just noticed the poor cat is covered in sores and scabs from head to tail. Confused, just I found out that Hill's decided to switch the product on me without my permission and started sending me a CHICKEN based formula. My girlfriend fed the Sensitive Skin CHICKEN product to the cats without realizing the formula was changed. Now the poor cat is in misery, due to the negligence of Hill's. This is completely unacceptable. If you are going to discontinue a formula, then do so, don't just bait and switch people...
