Not just worst keyboard, but the worst product I've ever used.
Let me preface this by saying that I've been a heavy user of technology for 25 years - and that prior to this disaster of a keyboard case, Logitech was my favourite brand of keyboard. I got an iPad Pro to do two main things: word processing for reports, academic papers, etc for my job as a healthcare professional, and for drawing and editing for my job as an educator. Believe it or not, this Logi Create keyboard case not only makes my performance in these activities worse - but as it has irreparably damaged plenty of users' screens - it could potentially independently render my $1000 iPad useless. It ruins your typing experience: this keyboard has some issues either staying "on", or connecting to the iPad for any period of time - thus as one types, the repeated 'disconnects' makes it so that you get to type half a sentence, stop because your input randomly stops being registered care of a random disconnect, wait for the backlight to come back on to indicate that you are re-connected, then finish typing your sentence (if lucky enough to have it remain connected for the duration of that one sentence. It is an absolute disaster. It damages your iPad: the keyboard case has two metal areas that are often in contact with your iPad screen when the case is folded closed during transport or storage. Over even short periods of time, the case will erode your screen's protective coating, and start to irreparably etch long lines into the glass of your $1000 iPad screen. Look it up. Furthermore, despite these two often reported issues, Logitech has yet to create a solution to a) apologize to its users for this expensive mess of a keyboard case, b) address damage done to screens, and c) provide an update (in conjunction with Apple or not - whatever the process is) to address the random disconnects between keyboard and iPad. It's insane. It's poor customer service, and reflects so poorly on Logitech as a company. I've seen Logitech claim that a public beta of iOS 9.3 fixes the issues - IT DOES NOT. Do not be fooled. Mine is slated for return - and unless you want your expensive tablet damaged, or your productivity to drop precipitously - yours should be too. Give me a good reason why I'm wrong, Logitech.
