I have been an avid player of all the Sim City titles, so of course I bought this game at the first availability... Couldn't wait to get home and play it. Too bad it is such a disappointment. The building types are great, and the ability to angle the buildings.. but that's about it. The over all feel and play of this game is so not Sim City. After only an hour of game play it has become quite boring and feels more like a chore than an entertaining game. It's just not fun at all, without being able to build and control the infrastructure and transportation aspects of this game it feels like a beginner's version. EA has made a serious mistake by outsourcing this title to tilted mills, and this game is so not worthy of the SimCity name. One can only hope that there will be a SimCity5 that will return to the original game play ideas that the Sim City games were based on. I can't believe I payed $50 for this, it's not even worth $19.99. Please, do yourself a favor and pass on this one... especially if you are a Sim City fan. I really wish I would have.
