Barely gets warm on highest setting
On the highest setting, this pad barely gets warm at all. Bought this for my outdoor dog in the winter but it serves no purpose if it doesn’t even warm up. Also, I left the pad on for 30 mins to see if it was just slow to heat, it still never got warm. Would NOT recommend for outdoor pets in the winter.
