Never worked right
We bought our treadclimber in October of 2009. We paid extra to have one of their techs put it together. It had problems with it's engine while it was being set up!.The tech said to get a hold of Bowflex to let them know there was a problem so we did. Bowflex was no help. We wanted to send it back but they said we would have to pay for shipping it back even though it came broken. We would also have to pay for the shipping of the new treadclimber that would replace it. Returning it was not in their vocabulary. We ended up paying out of pocket to have it fixed. It worked for a few months and then started to have problems again. It took a long time to get one of their approved techs to fix it again. He was not able to the first time because the company sent the wrong part. It needed an engine. We had to wait for the engine and to schedule the repair again. When the tech came he was unable to fit the engine in the machine. More money and more time waiting. Finally the company did send one of their men to fix it after I spent hours and hours talking to them. It worked for a couple of months and then broke down again! My husband is a small man and I am small. We are the only ones that use it. We kept it lubricated and did everything per requirements. We wasted a lot of money and time on the machine and are going to have to pay to have it sent to the dump after a little over a year of owning it. Nautilus does not stand behind their products. We will not buy any products from them in the future
