I don't typically write reviews, but I will for this product solely so you don't have to waste your time contacting Sun Joe's customer service line. The pole saw itself worked great for about 30 minutes until the saw started to tilt and fall off of the pole. So, unless you want your head cut off I'd be careful. This was covered with a 2-year warranty so I tried contacting Sun Joe's customer service... 1 freaking hour later a young lady answered the phone, I described the issue and was then told I don't know how to use the saw (mind you I've used these products hundreds of times; and what's even funnier is I used Sun Joe's official YouTube channel to make sure it was assembled correctly) because she's never heard of this issue. I proceeded to ask what all the warranty covers and she said 'everything except user error' so I'm going to assume she will claim I don't know how to use it and not give me a new one. Unless you want to piss away your money, I'd recommend a different brand because you'll more than likely need to contact their customer service which if you're even lucky enough to get on the phone they won't be helpful at all.
