This product is 100% unusable!! Very dangerous and so many flaws to the design I don't know where to begin. The "red light" coming on is supposed to indicate everything is locked into place and you can push start; however the lid almost flew off and the machine started shaking! The shredding portion is useless- the 1 inch gap between the blade and the lid causes all the food to get trapped in between and just stay there- don't waste your money!!
