Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I will NEVER NEVER NEVER buy ANYTHING from this company again. Check my feedback. I always write fair and honest reviews. I bought three screens from this company, and 2 of them worked just fine. But the third one I bought was deformed. The glass was cut incorrectly and did not fit over the working area of the screen. I took detailed pictures and politely explained this to them (which took awhile, since they kept asking more questions) and finally, they told me they couldn't, and wouldn't help me, and suggested "taking it off and trying to put on again." I warn you now, this company sells faulty products, and obviously will not stand by their product! I've never had a company from Amazon be so unhelpful!! Every other time I've had a problem with a product, I send and email and some photos, and the company makes it right with me. I'm glad this was only a ten dollar lesson learned. Never again from iCarez. They should be iDontCarez
