This product worked fine for a couple months, then stopped working and started sounding an alarm. My voltage is fine, and my wires and fuses are sized properly. I have contacted Renogy for support and explained the problem in great detail. They replied back to me asking me for some details that were perfectly laid out in my original email. Each time I would answer and email or run a test that they wanted me to try, it would be a new person emailing me back and I can't even begin to say how many times I answered the same question that someone else had already asked. It has now been four days in a row where I have not heard back from Renogy. They are a garbage company with garbage customer service and garbage products. I would highly suggest you go elsewhere for your solar and electrical needs. I also had the exact same customer service problem with the MPPT controller I ordered from them.
