I'm not generally in favor of giving bad reviews without trying a product out first and giving it a chance. But... I received this yesterday and was so excited, until I opened the package, and read the ingredients. The ingredients are: henna, sodium perborate, tartaric acid, then the ingredients took a turn for the worse: About M-AMINOPHENOL: m-aminophenol is a synthetic dye used in hair coloring; produced from coal tar. Function(s): Hair Colorant; HAIR DYEING Synonym(s): m-AMINOPHENOL, 3-AMINO- PHENOL; 3-AMINOPHENOL; 3-HYDROXYANILINE; 3-HYDROXYBENZENAMINE; CI 76545; M-HYDROXYAMINOBENZENE; M-HYDROXYPHENYLAMINE; PHENOL, 3-AMINO-; PHENOL, 3AMINO; 3-AMINO-1-HYDROXYBENZENE; 3-AMINOPHENOL (The above was from a site that explains cosmetic ingredients) After that shocker, I then read the rest of the ingredients: p-phenylenediamine, cellulose gum, magnesium stearate, sodium sulfate. I don't know if I can use this on my hair.
