If you love your kitten please avoid this product! My 4 month old Ragdoll really did like this house but today the unthinkable happened: I heard my kitten making unusual meows and noises and discovered the curious thing somehow wedged his head into one of the side openings and got stuck! He struggled to free himself from this death trap but to no avail. I too made several attempts to push and/or pull his head free but no luck. My kitten eventually became so frightened and tired that he gave up trying. He was still and I was afriad that he was going to suffocate when I got the idea to cut slits near the hole and widened the opening enough that I was able to pull him free. Thank god I was at home or else he may have suffocated. This item should be recalled or at least warn prospective customers of the potiential for kittens to get trapped! *FYI this item was a gift to me hence i'm not shown as a verified purchaser
