Do not follow the sizing chart the company posted in the pictures. It is highly inaccurate. I have a 42 chest and almost bought the medium according to their chart. Decided to buy a large just in case. It fits way to small! The Xlarge might work but I certainly don't have a size 50 chest! Item ships from China via DHL so not sure how an exchange is going to work here. Buy bigger size and cross your fingers. Unless you want this vest to fit you tight like a bullet proof vest. Hopefully the exchange will be smooth and I will change my rating. To be continued........ Update: They will "gladly" make you pay the shipping for the return if you need to exchange for a different size. So I'm out the shipping to me and the shipping back. Hmmmm wonder if I want to buy another size and pay shipping a third time?? Update: 11-19-2017 So I gave this tiny vest to my niece. It fit her perfectly. She's 15. The battery is so heavy that it pulls the jacket down on the left side. It's obvious you have something heavy in your pocket. Like carrying 4 rolls of quarters. She opted to leave the battery out. Besides the battery life was terrible. She still wears the vest but again it's not why I bought this vest in the beginning.
