I bought this January 2017, and it worked great the times that I used it. It was handy for the storms that were in-between needing to shovel and needing to use my snowblower. However, my problem is when I took it out of storage from my basement this week, I noticed that the ends of the blade have warped and do no make contact with the ground anymore. This renders the mostly ineffective save for the middle 18-24" or so. Since I did not have it stored in any adverse conditions such as extreme heat or cold that might cause this to warp (if it even would), I've sent an email to the company asking for a warranty replacement on the blade. If they do good by me, I will return this product to the 5 star rating it deserves. *Update 12/24* Company never responded to my emails regarding warranty replacement of the warped blade.
