Very upset!!!! Bought these for Xmas my girlfriend, she loved them, Christmas success. I was initially skeptical about ordering these through Amazon and not Nordstrom because of a potential return and not sure if they are knock-offs. I wish I had got them through Nordstrom. April 14th, she pulled them on and the material ripped open on the side. Are you freaking kidding me!!!!! She’s had at least a dozen pair through the years and never has there ever been this type of problem. Clearly the “uggs” being sold here are of a suspicious quality, or UGG themselves are feeling the economic pinch and going with poor material or craftsmanship, crapping on the consumer like so many other companies. I’m pissed that the return policy through Amazon expired way back in January, and I’m pissed about the disconnect between a manufacturer and Amazon customers. It seems like a company can put inferior products on Amazon and charge the same premium price. I feel like I got double teamed on this purchase by UGG and Amazon both, and my only recourse is to tell my girlfriend “oh well”. This is the worst transaction I’ve made on Amazon. I had hoped to give it zero stars but I guess they did last for a couple months so maybe one star is fitting. After checking them out it seemed pretty clear that these were made much more poorly than the other pairs she has. What a disgrace. I’ll add a photo when she gets home later.
