Bought this because it received high praise from "verified" Amazon users. One of my cats is terrified of the previous carrier I used to take him to the vet. After a few weeks of leaving the door to this one open, he learned to love sleeping in it. Sadly, when I took him to vet, the clasps on top broke, causing my cat to fall out. He had never been outside, so he took off--under an oncoming car. I have a dead cat because of this piece of S**T. Thank you, everyone, who recommended this junk. The clasps were attached correctly and working as I carried around books to make sure the product would be safe for my 10 lb baby. Now, his litter brother cries all day for him.
