I just received my SmartSeries 4000 toothbrush, and am disappointed that it does not include the items and features described on the amazon website or the Oral B website. For example, it includes 2 brush heads (not 3 as stated), does not have a "digital clock" function as stated (no mention of this in user guide either), the charging station does not have "brush head storage", and the base station does not have a protective cover! I plan to contact Oral B and amazon directly since this is totally unacceptable. Beware! UPDATE - February 6, 2010 - spoke with customer service and sent emails to Oral-B and they agree that they sent me the "old Triumph Series" electric toothbrush in a new, factory sealed box that says SmartSeries 4000 on it - but they refuse to fix the problem! They claim they have the right to modify the contents of the package at any time. DO NOT BUY THIS product if you are expecting to receive the SmartSeries 4000! I'm going to write to Amazon.com and ask for a full refund (including shipping the product back).
