Just received this set today, was excited as I have two foam rollers and two other wheel types I’ve used previously. What sold me on these was that the set size options and design style for your spine. Opened the box and was extremely disappointed in the quality of all three wheels. The padding seams are uneven on all and partially raised off the PVC on some parts. The PVC is warped In different areas on the wheel and the edges aren’t smooth so it would be uncomfortable to grab. You can also see the glue on a few sides and also lack of glue Under the foam parts that are not adequately adhered to the PVC. On the large wheel there is also a part that looks like a manufacturer defect of the foam as it’s worn down with no traction compared to the other parts. I’ve requested an an exchange and I really hope that the next set does not have the same defects/poor quality control issues as the one I have now. Will update one receipt and also informing support@gochirp.com. —————————————————— Update 12/10/19: Replacement received has even more quality control issues compared to the first. Rough and warped PVC along the edges you would grab and poorly glued foam to wheel. Not bothering to ask for a third exchange. Returning this wheels.
