Horrible customer service and cheap welds
It is such a shame I have to give this product such a bad review. The first couple days we had this wheel barrow it was fantastic. Couldn't of been happier with its abilities. However within the first week the support latch pin broke off. Than the assisted dump shock ripped off the 2nd week. In the the first month of ownership the main barrel had multiple cracks along the welds. Given we are a landscape contractor we do a good amount of work. However I always make sure to use my equipment properly and respectfully. In the 2nd month the shift lever pin broke and we had to jimmy rig it back together. At this point I had spent about a month trying to call and email the company many times and it always went to voicemail and no one emailed me back. Now we are past the 90 day warranty. A man finally calls me back after I send an email saying that I feel I am being ignored and he was very hostile. After a lengthy conversation he agrees to send me a new dump barrel and shiftier pin in a work week or 4-5 days. This was over a month ago and we have still never received anything and no one returns calls or emails.EDIT:we received the replacement hopper after over a months time with no notification of shipping. Now the transmission is going out on the unit and becoming very hard to change gears. On top of that the pull starter cord keeps tearing due to a poor angle on the crank housing. The only good thing about this product is the briggs and stratton motor that keeps going. I am totally devastated wasting the $2 thousand plus dollar price and the companies complete disregard for their customers. Never again will I own a Yardmax product
