Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

First of all I did not buy this from Amazon but from their television promotion. Conveniently, the actual WEN website is not accepting new submission reviews (strange). I have fairly thick, long, wavy hair that is color treated and feeling slightly dry. I usually use a combo of Terax products and Pureology but decided Wen looked interesting and I thought I'd give it a try. I bought the entire set, the conditioning cleanser, the extra conditioning balm, straightening lotion, and serum. I followed the directions step by step. I used 32 pumps (the maximum) for my hair, left it in for a good amount of time. After the shower I knew something wasn't right. My hair did not feel silky, kind of felt like I had shampooed without conditioner but I put the Wen leave in conditioner in and set about blow drying my hair as usual. It too FOUR TIMES as long to blow dry my hair. It was a frizzy, dry, mess. My hair feels like straw. It has no shine, no bounce and has tangles in it like never before. With my usual hair regime my hair is soft and silky. I just thought I could use some extra moisture so I mistakenly tried Wen... WHAT A MESS! I called Wen to try and send it back and basically was convinced to try their re-moist for free and they are still going to send my next shipment even though I said several times I wanted to send this stuff back! I want my money back, I don't want to risk ruining my hair with junk! No matter how many times I asked to send it back the sales person just side talked me. I got so frustrated, I hung up. I will cool down, re wash my poor hair with my usual products and then call again when I don't feel so victimized by WEN. I wish I had never used their products and hope I haven't done any permanent damage. AND I forgot to mention when I was blow drying my hair I could feel pieces snapping off as I attempted to work through the knots left behind.
