Fire!!! Company redeemed themselves...then the replacement DIED two months later!!!
First time running it and the motor started on fire!!!
This company took great care of us! They shipped us a new vacuum and this one ran good for about 2 months and just started to use it today and I could smell something burning again........and then the whole unit stopped working totally!! I would not recommend this vacuum if it is your plan to use it!
