This is literally the largest headache that I have with Amazon. Synchrony bank is a joke. I paid off my balance in full on 11/3. It is now 11/7, Synchrony Bank has already pulled the money out of my bank account and even shows that I over paid. I now have a credit reflecting on my account and they still have my available credit as $50.00. I called and waited on hold for a supervisor for 35+ mins only for the supervisor to tell me that "they cannot see that my payment was actually received"...THEY OWE ME MONEY! I am still trying to wrap my head around this logic and as soon as I see that the credit is available to spend, I will be closing this store card. I originally opened it out of convenience. Now, it is more trouble than it is worth. Change your credit services Amazon. Synchrony bank sucks.
