Disappointed, I have a puzzle that is exactly 20 x 27 which is why I ordered this frame and even though it says it fits this size puzzle, it does not, it's too small on the 27" side, about 1/2" to small. I don't want to cut my puzzle so I guess I am going to have to get another frame. I already opened this so I can't return it, very disappointing, especially for the price. For those of you out there who are thinking about ordering this frame, read the questions (I wish I had) because one of them advises you that if you have a 20 x 27 puzzle you should order a larger frame and get a custom mat. I could have done that at Hobby Lobby over a week ago and paid the same or less. So just as a warning to those of you out there that are thinking about ordering this frame, make sure your puzzle is not 20 x 27 because it will not fix in the 20 x 27 frame.
