Below is the information regarding the necessity of refrigeration on this product. My product did not arrive with a cold pack, so I called Amazon customer service. Turns out that not only is the product not shipped with a cold pack, it is not even stored in a controlled refrigerated enviornment...it is just stored on their shelves at room temp. So if you have purchased this product, you may not have received a viable product, or at least one that has vastly diminished potency. I am returning my product to Amazon.
