Buyer beware! Do not do business with VIP Outlet. The IPad 2 that VIP Outlet sent me barely works. Right out of the box the iPad would crash every 4-5 minutes just playing a card game called Star Realms. I emailed them and they asked me to do a hard re-set. They also mentioned not to worry, it was under warranty. It still does not work. The iPad crashes just surfing the internet with Safari and no other applications open. I've emailed twice and called once without a response. I feel VIP Outlet is stalling for the 90 day warranty to run out. I've lost $180 and have an iPad2 that I can't sell with a good conscience.
