Don't Buy This
This is not an Auto Return Yo-Yo. Please do not expect it to be. It has a bit of pull upwards when released - but no way did this work as an auto return. My daughter has special needs so I thought this would be a good alternative to a 'normal' Yo-Yo. Nope. Not so much.
