I purchased TWO of these locks. When I tried to connect them to wifi, after 3+ hours of trying, NOTHING WORKS. SUPPORT IS HORRIBLE. This is the first time I have ever left a review of ANY product of the hundreds I have ordered. NO ONE should buy this lock! It does NOT connect. The blue tooth feature, when you press the button to connect, fails to connect. The wireless fails to connect. I have TWO of these and neither works. Let me also state that I own a software company, so I am NOT a technical idiot. DO NOT BUY THIS LOCK! It will not connect to ANYTHING in your house as it cannot connect to either bluetooth or wifi. If you ignore this review, you did so at your own risk.
