Where to begin. I have 5 cats. Naturally you need to keep on the floors several times a week to not live in a pig sty. This would have been a god send had it properly worked. So to start you CANNOT vacuum while moping like it claims. You have the ability to, however it doesn’t work. The dry stuff gets all mucked down with the steam and you end up pushing mud around, and then you’ll need to clean the unit as it has now also become mucked in paste like dirt on the underside, lest you want to rub it all over your home. Now the mopping, its fine, its a steamer, you know like they sell for 50$ on here. i like that the bottom has a foot release as to not burn yourself removing a hot pad. And that you can use reusable or disposable pads. However the head is not larger than the unit, so forget the last inch or more of your floors from the baseboards out you know where stuff really collects and gets gross? Yea... Now the vacuum... the terrible vacuum with no suction and the teeniest tiny hole that even sucks a little. Now i could deal with the annoying need to hand wash the edges of my rooms, and the fact that it takes two passes one to vac and another to mop it would all be worth it to only have one unit cluttering up the house. But as you can see from my video, it cannot even pick up cat liter. Its a PET vacuum thats not equipped to pick up pet liter!! I swept my kitchen with a traditional broom and well you can see what its left behind. At this price, functionality this poor is just unacceptable. I bought this to replace a 20 stick vac that died after 3 years i said “sheesh i should get some good quality stuff so I’m not replacing every few years...” i did hours of research making sure it was a reliable tool. Utter garbage.
