As the title says, this unit was great the first time I used it out of the box. The second time, the solution stopped distributing through the handle and hasn't since. Apparently it's either clogged or there's a malfunction in any number of places, so now I'm forced to use a separate spray bottle like some kind of peasant. The third time, parts came loose and now it's barely sucking water back into the unit. So three uses and a soggy couch later, I'm reluctant to recommend this product unless they start building it with better parts. I understand there's a plethora of glowing reviews and I'm in the minority here, but my experience has been thoroughly unpleasant. The consumer shouldn't have to do this much troubleshooting within 3-4 months after purchase.
