Have had this chair put together for a little over 3 months. One day it broke. My husband took it apart and noticed that one of the pieces was not sitting right because a bearing was jammed so far in that we can't remove it and fix it. Will be contacting the company to see if they will replace the piece and will update this review to let others know how the customer service is.
