Purchased this product a little over a month ago. Item was installed by my contractor husband without incident. Last week item had trouble turning handle valve to control water. It still worked but it took a bit of finagling to get it to turn the water on AND off. Yesterday it stopped completely. I contacted Amazon just to find out I just passed the return window by 6 days and was informed to contact the manufacturer. Unfortunately the only contact through the manufacturer is via email. I informed them of the above information as well as my exhaustion of now cleaning my family’s dishes, baby bottles and breast pump parts in the bathroom. They emailed me back the following day asking for order number and video of faucet not working. Today, I emailed them back with the requested information and 12 hours later the manufacturer had the audacity to email me back asking if I made sure the water valves were open?! I’m just in complete and utter shock because I would NOT be wasting my time with all of this back and forth. So if you’re thinking about getting this product, I would highly suggest you look elsewhere!!! Save your time and money!
