UPDATE 5/28/2014: I recently purchased 3 more of these lights and the quality and customer service is night and day of what it was just 6 months ago. We say buy American for a reason this flashlight is no exception. The flashlight literally fell apart in my hands, I can only imagine what would happen if it was attached to a weapon and my life or another life depended upon it working as advertised. It has become a overpriced junk drawer flashlight which you can by on Amazon from Hong Kong for less than $4. Customer service reported to me that they had a problem in China that they were unaware of producing a bad batch and offered me replacement parts, these lights/the entire batch that should of been scrapped. But I was offered replacement parts for what is admitted as a poor quality light advertised as a Tactical Flashlight, SHAME ON YOU VIZERI
