I loved this mattress at first. It felt great. It relieved pressure points and had great back support. After 9-10 months the foam has started to break down. The middle of the bed has started to sag. Basically my husband and I roll toward the center of the bed. I have sciatica back problems and this exasperates the problem. The poor quality of the foam is not worth buying this mattress. I contacted customer service 2 weeks ago. They have not responded to my email. If you buy this mattress be aware you will not be able to fulfill the warranty and it will last you less than a year. After that you will have a huge piece of garbage to pay to get rid of.
