This product is a scam. When you read the product description on Amazon, you would think that this is a product that "destroy pet odor and stain" by simply spraying it on the stain." No, you are misled. After you purchase and receive the product, this company will send you an email to instruct you how to use their product, here's how:
Step 1: Use paper towel to remove pet urine as much as you can.
Step 2: Dilute what's left, use paper towel or vacuum again to remove as much as you can again.
Step 3: Apply Rocco & Roxie bacteria product to the area. Make sure you use enough product to wet the entire area.
Step 4: Allow bacteria to sit for 5-10 minutes or longer.
Step 5: Use paper towel or vacuum to extract or absorb as much of the bacteria product as possible and allow to air dry.
Step 6: Once dried, vacuum and inspect treated area. Odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure.
With the steps mentioned above, any product would be "effective". It's the extraction and dilution removing the urine. Not this product. If they put the instruction on Amazon, no one would buy it. Customers are misled into buying it and then find out it's not what they expect, but it "still works“ only it's a procedure that would work on any cleanser to clean the pet urine.
The worst part is I repeated the cleaning process for 5 times per instructed using Bissell's Big Greenie, and the stain of our foster cat's urine is still there, only slightly smaller.
