The overall build quality of all Levoit products is quite good. This humidifier seems to be like that. Mine on the other hand, just seems to always leak some water. When I take it apart there's always water in the spot that says keep dry. Filling it or moving it seems to always create a small mess of water. Just letting it run typically gets some water around it (which is fair it is a humidifier). Not that the product is bad(I assume mine being leaky is just unlucky because Levoit does have high quality from my experience), but it just seems like you're better off spending less money and getting a product that does the same thing or spending a little more to get a more advanced one. Edit: Changing to one star. I've sent two emails to support and replied to you on here...No response. This is sad from such a big company to just ignore a customer who has a defective product.
