Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I am not one to give a one star review, however this one deserves it because I buy these for a business of mine to sell lotions and these pumps fail, every time. Whether they are brand new or have been had for a while, I have gotten poor reviews back from people and my own pumps do the same. The "stainless steel" spout, which is really plastic, falls out of the hole. The pump, when it does work will only pump a tiny amount and it takes time to work it's way back up for another pump. And if it goes air bound, ever, it may or may not pump again at all. I'm very frustrated in trying to find a glass pump bottle that I can sell my lotions in without having to make up for their malfunctioning. Please, let me know if anyone knows where I can buy reliable pump bottles that are glass.
