They included a screw driver that literally can't be used with any of the screws with a box. It's some kind of special hex/star head. All the screws are Philips head. I haven't even installed it yet because the unit has such small tolerances I gotta find a really long tiny screw driver. okay double checking the "B" security screws have that head. it doesn't pull out, there isn't another side. This is really embarrassing for a brand new product. Annnd it's not ringing my analog doorbell chime. there's no diode on this one and it's reporting AC power. I wonder if it's just not working or the setting is burred in the settings in some hard to find spot so you buy a ring chime. Ung. edit So I did it get working. The chime stuff was deep in some menus. I've also had it freeze up several times on my galaxy s21 ultra. I'm adding a video of me yanking on the screw driver with some pliers for the people who claim it can turn around and ignored the part about me specifically saying it can't. Maybe mine is jammed but I notice at least one of them didn't even buy one. I'll raise it to 2 stars because it is working but over all my 3 main complaints stand: 1. the manual is inaccurate. It does not come with a reversible Philips head screwdriver. See my video proof. I won't speculate on why other people are calling me out saying it has 2 sides. It does not or mine is somehow so magically jammed it won't come out with pliers. I don't believe that is the case. 2. the use your existing doorbell chime you basically have to google to find this. It's deep in some submenus. 3. it has frozen up on me a lot in android and i had to close and reopen it. One of these times it did finally bring up a second part of the tutorial saying how to do #2 again see the video people calling me out. Are you all SURE you bought this exact model and aren't using a screw driver from the earlier models?
