Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Started out great. Snappy response, great display, and so forth. Lately, will drop it's internet connection intermittently, very annoying and makes it just about useless. Even tried using my phone's hot spot to make sure it wasn't a wireless modem connection issue, this did not help. Even tried a factory reset. Now to start on the journey of getting Amazon to correct the problem. Price is great, especially now because it is on sale, but I would avoid it until Amazon resolves this issue. I don't think I am the only one with this issue. Note that it doesn't drop it's connection to the network though the signal strength is not as strong as all my other devices. Think twice before ordering this, I hate to say that, but...
