Bought it just over a month ago so window to return closed. I’ve literally pressed five shirts in that time, heeding all the instructions from the manual. It worked very well until today. No steam billowing, water drizzling and the non stick surface is now, well, sticking and butchering the fabric. So I called support. Literally 20 minutes on hold. Prompt to leave a number for them to call me back didn’t work. Finally someone answers and tells me their system is down and call back later. I asked if they could take my info since I don’t want to spend another 20 minutes on hold. No was the answer. So I give the product a D and the customer support an F.
