★☆☆☆☆
An expensive useless product.
There is a reason they do not portray the various sizes depicted in the picture in proportion. Nobody would buy this thing if they were to do it. So here is the deal:
1) The amount of digging you have to do is insane. I did it with an auger and I cannot really imagine how it could be done without it in any sort of reasonable amount of time. But suppose you have some extra lbs on you and you do not really mind the exercise.... even then you have to deal with ...
2)...the realization that you could do the very same thing with a $5 bucket. This thing is, in essence, a bucket that has no bottom and on its top has a lid. The construct itself plays no role whatsoever in getting (or helping to get) rid of the poop. You scoop the poop, and you throw it in the hole that you dug and then microorganisms liquify it. The product is just there to add a lid to the hole. In fact, any bucket will be sturdier than this product as it is flimsy beyond belief.
So does it work? Well yeah... you dug a 68" hole in which you are throwing poop, water and the occasional tablet for septic systems. It is the idea that works not the product itself. The product would be much better priced at $5.
