I have 11 aquariums and use Hygger heaters and other products with no problems, but this one is the exception. The trigger design looks nice but is not functional. I have used the original purchased product and then tried a replacement sent from Hygger, so I will refer to them as product 1 and 2. Product 1 was a pain, took 3 dozen plus tries with the trigger grip to get any water flowing and then slow, and then none. Hygger customer support was great and sent an newer improved model. They ask if I could take the old product apart to see if it was blocked by to much sand intake. I did, and no obstruction anywhere throughout the product. Tonight I finally had a chance to try out product 2. Improved trigger movement but still took 20+ pulls to get water to start moving. Interrupt the water flow at all and it stops working and need to start again, 20 + trigger pulls. Bottom line, I have an older tube with a ball that I will keep using.
